This is a tricky one to translate. Big thank you to Kyle over at Mom’s Dry Noodle for your help! I found this one 2 days before Lunar New Year – fancy stuff. XO sauce is really nice stuff too. Let’s give this a go.
Xijiu XO Sauce Noodle – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for a 2 minutes and drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. Noodle had a nice chew to it and a thick gauge. The flavor was a nice well-behaved XO sauce – not too strong, not too weak. The included pickled vegetables which I believe to be long beans went well. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972692330090.
